Refund Policy

Alpha Training & Consulting is committed to providing high-quality ASQ CSSBB certification training. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to change your training plans. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Cancellation and Refund Terms

For Instructor-Led Training (Virtual and In-Person)

• Cancellations made 14+ days before course start date: Full refund minus a $150 administrative fee
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before course start date: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before course start date: No refund, but you may transfer your registration to another person or defer to a future class date (subject to availability)

For Self-Paced Online Training

• Within 7 days of purchase (and less than 25% of course accessed): Full refund minus a $75 administrative fee
• After 7 days or more than 25% of course accessed: No refund

Course Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your participation for a future training date, the following policies apply:

• Rescheduling requests made 14+ days before course start date: No fee
• Rescheduling requests made 7-14 days before course start date: $75 administrative fee
• Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before course start date: $150 administrative fee

Course Cancellation by Alpha Training & Consulting

In the rare event that Alpha Training & Consulting needs to cancel a scheduled training course, all registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date at no additional cost.

Certification Guarantee

If you complete our training program, study the materials, and do not pass the ASQ CSSBB exam on your first attempt, you can repeat the training at no additional cost (subject to availability). To qualify for this guarantee, you must:

• Attend all training sessions (or complete all online modules)
• Complete all practice exams with a score of at least 75%
• Take the ASQ CSSBB exam within 3 months of completing the training
• Provide documentation from ASQ showing that you did not pass the exam

Please provide your name, training date, and reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Changes to This Policy

Alpha Training & Consulting reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. The policy in effect at the time of your registration will apply to your transaction.
